On the evening of May 12, a Vista Pacific 7500 flight departs from Los Angeles Airport. Suddenly, businessman Lance has a panic attack and the man begins to choke with blood.
Fortunately, among the passengers was a doctor named Brad. He and two flight attendants - Laura and Susie - are trying to help Lance. They transfer a choking man to the tail of the plane, but alas, they can’t save him, Lance dies. Laura and Suzy free the first-class cabin and close the body of the deceased there. Stewardesses notify pilot Pete of the death of a passenger, but he is sure that making an emergency landing is too dangerous, and decides to continue the flight. Soon, the businessman’s body mysteriously disappears, he begins under strange circumstances to appear to passengers of flight 7500. Stewardesses decide to find out who Lance is and what is happening. They search the place of the deceased and his luggage; several locks of female hair are found in the hand luggage of a suspicious businessman, to which name cards and a wooden box are glued. The girls, opening it, discover ... a "death doll." It turns out that this box - “Shinigami” - a container that collects the souls of the dead.
Meanwhile, passengers on board the Vista Pacific 7500 and his team begin to haunt thick black smoke. Pete is trying to contact the ground services, but the pilot finds out that the radio system of the aircraft is out of order ...
