Having well celebrated with his colleagues the award for the capture of a large gang, the police officer gets behind the wheel and eventually knocks down a young cyclist. He rushes to the boy's help, makes him artificial respiration, and then gives evidence to the police who arrived at the scene. However, at the last second, he decides to tell them a lie, which ultimately radically changes his fate and the life of these representatives of the law.
