Young Jordan Turner works as a 911 emergency rescue operator. It would seem that there is nothing complicated in this work, however, it’s very often the lives of people who are in mortal danger that depend on the reaction of the operators. Jordan chose this profession consciously, because she always wanted to help people. But not always the rescue service employees manage to help citizens in distress. This happened with Turner. Once she made a terrible mistake, which entailed the death of a young girl who fell victim to a killer maniac. After this incident, Jordan received a severe psychological trauma and for a long time could not recover, she even went to another position. But one day, she again has to pick up the phone and answer the wake-up call. Now Turner should help the kidnapped girl get out of the hands of a maniac who has counted not one cruel crime ...
