In the center of the storyline of the picture are two dark-skinned comrades - Bernard and Joe decide to organize the first real estate business in the district. The main problem is their skin color - no sane white person will want to deal with them. For this reason, the main characters of the picture hire a white employee, and they themselves allegedly become a janitor and driver. Over time, their affairs quickly gain the upper hand, the heroes of the film barely manage to cash out the checks received from customers. However, with revenue growth, the hour of reckoning is rapidly approaching, consisting in exposing the gray scheme of earnings. Will Bernard and Joe escape punishment and continue to enrich themselves?
