In the special youth department of the CIA, the new member of the organization becomes a fifteen-year-old Cody Banks. His first mission is to collect information about the scientist, Dr. Conorse, who creates the development for an influential corporation. The boss of Conors is the mysterious Dr. Brickman, the manager of the companies with the help of his assistant François Mole. To complete the assignment, Cody is transferred to the school where the daughter of Conors, Natalie, is studying. He needs to get closer to the girl, but very soon it becomes clear that he does not know how to behave with the opposite sex. During the operation, Banks finds out that Brickman conceived the use of nanobots, claimed as devices capable of clearing the ocean of oil spills, to disable defense systems around the planet.
