The plot of the movie “Inside Lewin Davis” has a fairly straightforward motive. However, the dynamic change of episodes and events builds a very interesting line. The main character of the picture - musician Lewin Davis lives in New York. He is struggling to cling to a normal life in this huge, but rather cold and indifferent city. Davis constantly performs in small eateries, dirty bars and obscure eateries. Thus, they earn their living. The musician also has a personal life. Although she is even more meager than her career. Gene - the girlfriend of his friend Jim, apparently, has a baby Lewin. Now Davis will also have to save money for an abortion. Of course, Lewin did not choose such a life for himself, and somewhere deep down he dreams of a big stage, of fame and money. Like a bolt from the blue, an invitation to the studio from Bad Grossman falls upon him. Happy end? There it was. The meeting does not bring the expected fruit and Lewin again from head to toe plunges into the world of underground music. For the millionth time he will try to start all over again.
