Family holidays are a great occasion for native people to gather again at the same table to share news with each other. The main characters of the movie "Love the Coopers" decide to make a Christmas like this. Sam and Charlotte, who have been married for 40 years, invite absolutely all relatives to their homes. At the dinner party they will be visited by their own children - Hank and Eleonora, - grandparents, grandchildren and even distant relative of Fishshi - Aunt Sam, whom all the rest of the family call crazy because of her strange tricks. Everyone - an adult and a child - is delighted with Christmas, everyone expects only positive emotions from the upcoming event, not even suspecting that this holiday will completely change their lives. Father Charlotte decides to come to dinner not alone, but in the company of a young beauty - a waitress, with whom he only met today at a cafe, where he traditionally dines. Not far from the grandfather will go and Eleanor, who comes to the holiday with a soldier. With her, she also met today and invited with her, not wanting to become a target for the pity of others. But her brother Hank is forced to come alone - he recently divorced his wife and now lives alone, hardly surviving the divorce.
